Comprehensive Logistics Dashboard

We've made significant improvements to the logistics dashboard within the analytics section of Fynd Commerce .

Here are the updates:

?? 20 different metrics related to shipping methods.

?? Updated filters, reports that you can download, and new visuals like Geo Maps and Pie Charts.

?? Access large amounts of data through short links in emails, which give detailed insights into shipping performance.

New ‘Made To Order' Tag in OMS

This tag helps identify orders that fall under the "Made To Order" category, so merchants can separate them from the regular order fulfillment timelines.?

Merchants can filter these orders separately, making it easier to manage and prioritize them.?

The MTO tag shows up next to the shipment details.

Improved B2B2C Order Management

We now support B2B2C transactions!?

This means when a customer orders through a marketplace, the vendor handles fulfillment.?

Here’s how it works:

?? When a customer places an order, it will appear in the "Upcoming" tab of the Order Management System with the status "Awaiting". ?

?? During this time, the merchant cannot take any action until the vendor acknowledges the order. ?

?? Once the vendor accepts the order, the status changes to "Placed", and it moves out of the "Upcoming" tab.

Freshchat Now Integrated

We’ve added Freshchat support to the Fynd Commerce website, and Fynd Commerce Mobile App, making it easier to manage customer interactions.

Here’s what Freshchat needs to function:

?? Configuration Data: Static details like token, host, site, or widget ID for setup. ?

?? User Data: Dynamic information like unique user IDs and restore IDs to pull up chat history for personalized support. ?

To enable this, we’ve introduced new APIs and UI components in Fynd Commerce and Fynd Commerce Administrator.

Multi-quantity Returns

Fynd Commerce now supports multi-quantity return shipments, making returns smoother.

Here’s what’s new:

?? Quality Control (QC) Limits: Delivery Partners (DP) can set QC limits for items that require quality checks and those that don’t, directly through their Admin Panel. ?

?? Flexible Processing: Returns will follow the configurations set by the DP or merchant. If the DP is changed, the system automatically adjusts to the new settings. ?

?? Applies to All Items: This update covers all product types, including gifts and promotions.

Payment Collector to Manage Refunds

We’ve updated the refund process to align with payment collection responsibilities. Now, the entity that collects the payment will also handle refunds for returns, cancellations, or RTOs (Return to Origin).

This update defines:

?? Who collected the payment.

?? Who is responsible for issuing the refund.

Discounts on Pre-paid Orders

Merchants can now provide discounts on pre-paid orders during standard checkouts.

Here's how it works:

?? Payment Gateways as Bank Options: All standard payment gateways are treated as payment methods and appear under bank options in the “Promotion/Coupon” module. ?

?? Discount Application: Discounts will apply to all Modes of Payment (MOPs) during standard checkout since we cannot restrict specific MOPs on the payment gateway page.

Payment-based Customer Communication

We’ve updated customer notifications to provide clearer communication specific to payment types:

? For Out for Delivery:

?? COD Orders: Customers are reminded to have the payment ready. ?

?? Prepaid Orders: Customers are informed that no payment is required at delivery. ??

? For Order Cancelled by Customer:

?? COD Orders: Customers are notified of the cancellation without any charges. ?

?? Prepaid Orders: Customers receive a confirmation along with refund details.

Checkout Currency and Merchant Currency for International Orders

Merchants can now see both prices for cross-border/export orders in the Order Management System.

?? Customer's Order Currency: The currency in which the customer placed the order. ?

?? Merchant's Base Currency: The merchant’s default currency. ?

Additionally, the foreign exchange rate at the time of payment will also be displayed, giving merchants clarity and control over international transactions.

Update on Payment Failure Message

We’ve improved the payment failure message for Payment Link transactions to make it more user-friendly.

Old Message: "Payment Link Expired" ?

New Message: “Payment Failed: Sorry, the payment link has failed. Please ask the store manager for a new payment link to place the order.”

AI Shadow Generator enhanced with more realistic shadows

This tool allows the user to generate a realistic shadow for the main object, given a desired shadow angle and intensity.

?What's new:

?? Shadow support for bottom-wear and full-wear: You can now create shadows for images of bottom-wear (like pants and skirts) and full-body outfits.

?? Improved 3D models for ethnic wear: Images of ethnic clothing now benefit from better 3D model generation, enhancing their appearance.

?? More realistic shadows: With improved 3D models, the shadows in your images look more natural, adding realism to your products.

Easily Remove Shadows using Watermark Remover

We've updated how we remove shadows from watermarks. We've made colored watermarks blend more smoothly with the background.

What's new:

?? Shadow Removal: The updated model now eliminates shadow remnants left by previous versions.

?? Colored Watermark Handling: Significant improvements make the watermarked areas blend seamlessly with the background for a smoother appearance.
