Introducing Rule-Based Chatbot

Available now in Voiso ’s Flow Builder tool

We're thrilled to unveil our latest innovation: Rule-Based Chatbot. This feature empowers you to automate interactions on digital channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Web Chat and more), providing seamless self-service and personalized experiences for your customers.

Available for use in Voiso ’s Flow Builder tool, you can freely build your chatbot interactions using our new Message node, allowing you to create dynamic chatbots that handle FAQs, offer support, and route queries efficiently.

How does it work?

  1. Add a Message Node: Simply drag and drop the new Message node into your digital channel flow within Flow Builder.??
  2. Define Rules: Configure the flow to respond to specific customer queries or keywords using nodes like Conditions or HTTP Request.
  3. Set Actions: Determine the chatbot's response, whether it's providing information, routing to an agent, or offering self-service options.

Collect Digits in Flow Builder:

Capture key data and personalize journeys

We're excited to announce another powerful new addition to our Flow Builder: the Collect Digits node. This feature allows you to gather valuable customer data directly within your call flows, such as account numbers, order numbers, or even passcodes, opening up a world of possibilities for personalized service and automation.

How does it work?

The Collect Digits node prompts callers to enter information using their keypad. This input is then stored in a variable that can be used to trigger various actions within your call flow. Using the Collect Digits node, you can:

  • Empower self-service: Let callers access account balances or order statuses automatically by entering their ID.
  • Enhance authentication: Verify caller identity by having them enter a one-time password sent via SMS.
  • Improve routing: Identify VIP callers based on their account number and route them to specialized agents.

Coming Soon: Keyword Groups Reporting

Get ready for Keyword Groups Reporting, a powerful new feature coming next month! This enhancement will enhance how you monitor conversations and extract valuable insights for improved compliance, issue identification, and agent training.

Keyword Groups Reporting enables you to generate detailed reports based on specific keyword groups within a defined date range. Uncover valuable insights into keyword frequency and usage patterns in conversations, enabling more effective:

  • Compliance monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulations and identify potential risks.
  • Issue identification: Quickly pinpoint recurring problems and areas for improvement.
  • Agent training: Tailor training programs based on identified knowledge gaps.

Log in to your Voiso account and navigate to Reporting > Historical Reports, where you’ll be able to create a Keyword Groups report and unlock deeper insights into your customer conversations!
