Ready to make your customer experience even more efficient? With our latest product updates, you can now gather context for your team with Fin AI Agent, customize your Help Desk sidebar, measure Workflows CSAT and more.

What’s new in the product:
Find all your settings in one place
Control all settings in one place by clicking the wheel icon in the left-hand menu bar. This gives you a clear view of your configurations and enables you to easily customize your workspace to suit your needs.

Gather info with Fin AI Agent before handover
With Fin AI Agent, you can collect more information when a customer asks to speak to the team. Fin can use this additional context to answer the customer’s question, or pass the details to your team to resolve the issue.
Customize your Help Desk sidebar
You can now choose which Inboxes are shown in the sidebar by pinning the ones you need. Click the Edit sidebar button at the bottom of the menu to choose which Inboxes, Folders, and Custom Folders to view.
Measure CSAT for Workflows
Collect and report on CSAT ratings for your Workflows, just as you do for teammates and Fin AI Agent. You'll be able to measure your customers’ satisfaction and identify conversations and areas that are performing well or are in need of improvement.
