Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Loans

A lender has released some very attractive rates on loan products aimed at SMSFs. Recently the trends have shown major banks dropping almost all of their SMSF products. This has created an opportunity for established, brand-name, non-bank lenders to step up and sharpen their offerings.

Features of these recently released products include:

• Available to purchase houses, apartments as well as commercial investment property
• Up to 30 year loan term (including up to 5 years 'interest only' terms)
• Very attractive rates
• Up to 80% LVR
• Open to PAYG investors or Self-employed investors
• Fast processing time from inquiry through to application and settlement
• Borrow from $100,000 to $1,500,000 (or up to $3,000,000 for commercial)
