We are thrilled to announce a modern update to our web chatbot's design, launching on April 14th! Our team has been hard at work crafting a fresh, clean look that not only enhances usability but also enriches your interaction experience. This update reflects our commitment to providing sophisticated solutions with an intuitive interface that meets the dynamic needs of our users like you.

Introducing the new customisable header


  • Customizable Header: Enhances brand alignment and user trust by allowing the integration of a company logo in the Conversational Interface. This feature addresses the need for a personalized, brand-consistent visual style and tone, aiding a more engaging and trustworthy user experience. You can also give your AI Agent a friendly face, making the chatbot more approachable.
  • Convenience Features: The introduction of convenience features like the ability to download conversation transcripts and a restart button for initiating new conversation. These improvements are a direct response to valuable insights provided by enterprise customers, aimed at enhancing user satisfaction.


AI first design

The AI-first design of the input interface emphasizes flexibility and user choice by preserving the ability to freely type text messages. This approach ensures that users who prefer text-based communication can express themselves without being limited to predefined buttons or other UI elements.

  • Free-Form Input Flexibility: The core design maintains the option for users to input messages through typing, catering to those who favor a more traditional, expressive form of interaction over the utilization of UI elements.
  • Introduction of Floating Buttons: The deployment of floating buttons facilitates easy access to essential actions. It’s also useful in helping guide user through multiple customer journeys.
  • Input UI Redesign: The input UI elements have been updated, including enhanced information cards, an intuitive calendar picker, and a new look for star ratings, file uploads, and autosuggestions.

Compact design


The new look of the interface also enhances compactness by eliminating the back drop blur that previously defocused the website background when opened. Furthermore, we have optimized space by repositioning the close button from the right side of the interface to the top, neatly integrated within the header.

Enhanced accessibility, speed, and performance

In addition to the enhanced user experience, the interface has undergone significant technical updates. It now works on a more comprehensive array of devices, ensuring accessibility for a broader audience. The load time has been improved, providing a seamless and faster interaction for users. Moreover, the front end is built with cutting-edge technology, such as Next.js, guaranteeing better performance and scalability.

Although we have tested the new frontend extensively across all the supported browsers and devices, there is a very slight chance that it might break for your chatbot deployment. Especially, if you have done any kind of design customizations. So to be on the safe side, we recommend that you test your live chatbots and make sure everything is working well. In case of any issues, please report back to us and we we will fix it swiftly
