The Namastay team hopes you are doing well and is excited to share with you the latest improvements to our product. Here is what we have been working on ??

Introducing SmartText

To allow hotels to further personnalise their booking experience, we are excited to launch SmartText. This feature allows messages to be configured in different languages and has logic to only show the messages when certain dates, rates or rooms are selected, or underneath the calendar on a selected month.

Some scenarios that our hotels are already using this for:?

• Let guests know if a meal is included on a specific date
• Display specific extras included in certain rates
• Inform guests on the availability of the hotel’s facilities
• Providing information about specific restrictions

Dynamic pricing display in calendar

Guests now have a clearer view of room costs from the calendar, as pricing now dynamically updates dependent on the guest selection.

Triptease integration

Triptease pop-ups and nudges now redirect to Namastay for bookings, with dates and corresponding promotions already applied in the widget.

Other improvements

18 months calendar

Support for calendar availability has now been defined for up to 18 months in the future, allowing hotels to open their calendar to anticipate busy seasons.

Added a new currency

To support the upcoming launch of our first hotel in Chile, Las Majadas, we added Chilean pesos to the currencies available in our widget.
