Product Review for Salesforce CRM

What do you like best? Real time data and the ability to collaborate with the selling team, set activities and reminders, run industry reports among other things.


What do you dislike? There can be a lot to learn but once you begin to master SF it is a very robust CRM.


What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized? The ability to run meaningful reports and really understand the key vertical markets we do business in.


For which purposes do you use the product? Project tracking, reporting etc.


What is your primary role when using this product? I'm fairly new as a SF user at my current company. Previously, in another role we used it as a strategy tool, collaborative selling and forecasting.


What is your relationship with this vendor? Personally I don't have one.


At which company did you most recently use this product? Total Security Solutions.


Are you a current user of Salesforce CRM? Yes.
