What do you like best?
Salesforce CRM has great flexibility for a number of different sales channels and industries. Great people to work with during the introductory and setup phase.
What do you dislike?
Our only problem was trying to integrate our sales numbers into a SF report for distribution to the sales group. We did a work-around but it was not the easiest way to do it
