Product Review for Salesforce CRM
What do you like best?
The open APIs allow us to write connectors to append CRM data into other applications. For example we append our voice messages, converted to text with CRM data to make our sales people far more productive. We have fully integrated Salesforce with Mutare's SAM (Smart Assist by Mutare) used to disrupt the voicemail market.
What do you dislike?
Speed is sometimes slow and the the integration with Outlook leaves much to be desired. It would be great if you pick a range of email messages and have them all automatically added to matched contacts.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
We use Salesforce to manage our funnel, track renewals, customer growth, report on trends, drill down into marketing stats and get real time input from sales teams to collaborate on the changing dynamics of customer needs.

New sales, renewals, upselling, cross selling and installation tracking for customer service.
