What do you like best?
The rapid pace with which Salesforce CRM can be implemented. The flexibility of the product to meet variety of business needs.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything that bad in the product to dislike.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
I have implemented salesforce CRM for more than 200 business clients. The problems resolved have been multi dimensional. Effective lead management, efficient opportunity pipeline management, accuracy in forecast management, seamless customer service delivery and issues management. Moving on-premise custom application to the cloud on force.com.
For which purposes do you use the product?
My clients are using salesforce CRM for Campaigns and Leads Management, Account and Opportunity Management, Contracts and Customer Services Management.
What is your primary role when using this product?
I have been in the roles of Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Development and Implementation Manager.

I am associated with Salesforce as an Implementation Consultant.
