What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

(1) In the Systems Integration partner role, I was solving the problem of inefficiencies of not having an integrated customer relationship management for a major agency that was having multiple partners with partner-specific CRM processes & systems. I realized significant improvement in the Business-IT collaboration & partnership and in saving IT operational costs for the Agency.

(2) In the User role, I used for managing my customer contacts & relationships. I realized time savings as the earlier legacy CRM system was taking too much time.
