Product Review for Salesforce CRM

What do you like?

It's well thought, organized and fast to access on an enterprise level.

What do you dislike?

It takes a long time to master. Once you do, though, you rip all the benefits.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

It's funny how once you implement Salesforce, the office goes quiet. Everything is there, so there is no need to be talking about work.

At which company did you most recently use this product?

Euroestilo in the Rep. of Panama. I used it for the sales, marketing, and purchases side. Salesforce calculated all the prices and gave sales all the information needed in order to advance promptly with clients. With some clients, we had around 10 quotes running and salesforce help us keep everything organized until the last penny. Authorizations were enabled to approve purchases and payments and inform about sales and collections.

And I still use it for personal business.
