What do you like best?
SalesForce has been very innovative and receptive to market needs and developing partnerships when it needed to so that clients have a comprehensive CRM program
What do you dislike?
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
The executive dashboards are critical to measuring pipelines, win/loss analyses. When I used SalesForce.com at PureOFlow, it helped maintain inventory that matched pipeline demand instead of having to carry inventory and pay for warehousing when demand was not clearly defined.
For which purposes do you use the product?
A view into how campaigns are performing, where opportunities are stuck in the sales cycle and need more support to move to next level and analyzing wins/losses to learn what needed improvement

Am currently not involved directly in using the product, but would gladly jump back in if my role were expanded.
