What do you like best?

SFDC can be intuitively used and the visuals have impact

What do you dislike?

n/a~ Perhaps I'm still intimidated ~ Sometimes the first step is the hardest but if there is too much information, finding the linchpins can be harder. Thanks for a great product SFDC! Confidence is the by-product of success! Though playing with reporting filters or fields may take time, the end results are top drawer!

Tracking Limitations: when tracing bugs we had to choose if tracking the history for a field was warranted because the number of fields per page is finite
