Product Review for Salesforce CRM
What do you like best?
SF was once the best application bar none and it was easy to hire since most people had used and been trained on the platform.
What do you dislike?
SF has become over bloated, over priced, and requires too much customization and implementations from consultants, integration partners, etc...We moved to a much more nimble CRM that has more features like scheduling, email marketing, among many others. Far more user friendly and reps are up using their instances with an hour training. Our 50+ sales team is over-joyed.

No longer use Salesforce.
