What do you like best?

Salesforce is an end to end customer lifecycle tool. It provides a wholistic view of an Account from every aspect of the business. It's flexible and completely customizable. It has the ability to work with an incorporate external sources of information to add additional value to the tool.


What do you dislike?

Customization can become an expensive proposition.


What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

At our workplace, we incorporate a cash to quote tool which was developed exclusively to help various stakeholders of the sales process to improve efficiency and turnaround times within a single framework of the tool.
