What do you like best? The ability to customize to our business processes including Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized? Sales Automation, Customer Case and Resolution, Business reporting across sales, service and contracts. We have eliminated the needs to have multiple point solutions in our lead to customer life-cycle.
