All the possibilities to collaborate and management projects and tasks.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to know all the possible Webparts existing which could be inserted in a site or view example from other companies is not easy to find.

Gain on efficiency are numerous: communication, time, management of documents, ... etc...

Intranet, Department sharing, Collaboration and Wiki's for our division
What is your primary role when using this product?
Gate keeper of our Business Unit structure. Developing tools with SharePoint developers. Making sure access rights are managed. Making sure users are trained and that the system is as much as possible intuitive.
