What do you like best?
So much data, and all of it for free!!!
I love this tool and I think it is still way underused. In that context, below "dislikes" are suggestions for improvements, and frustrations with some limitations only come from the fact that we use this tool so much.
What do you dislike?
I am not a big fan of sampled data (but I guess you have to give some reason to upgrade to the paid version...). I also think that the way data is sometimes sampled, sometimes not, depending on how you slice and dice reports using dimensions, segments and filters etc. is not very straightforward.
One thing I must say, I HATE the fact that you can only download 5,000 rows at once in any report - or generally the fact that the download of any report is limited to the number of rows that are viewed. Really?? This is so inconvenient. The amount of times I have downloaded a report, or asked a client to send me one, to realise it only contains 10 rows...
And related: It is pretty annoying having to scroll all the way down to select number of rows displayed, then scroll all the way up again to download a report, then all the way down again to go to next page (next 5,000 rows) of the report.
10,000 rows download through the API/ Query explorer does not make it much better when dealing with +100k row search term or landing page reports.

Optimising Digital (especially: Search) marketing spent. Huge benefits, as you can see entire attribution across different channels.
For which purposes do you use the product?
Optimise Digital (especially: Search) marketing spent. Forecast Longtail UX benefits for SEO and SEM and track Longtail UX performance (ROI uplift) across these channels for our clients.

Analyst, Manager, Service provider.

We use the tool for us as well as for all of our clients.
