What do you like best?

Jira allows extensive customization according to my needs.

What do you dislike?

Lots of things:

1. Jira is cumbersome. Hard to configure and maintain over time due to configuration complexities.
2. Slow.
3. The new UI is confusing.
4. Not always possible to generate the right report or functionality due to lack of tools.
5. Compared to other tools on the market, Jira aims towards multiple goals, which, in times, is its drawback (other lightweight tools are much more focused and simple to use).

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

1. Tracking bugs
2. Managing project tasks (Scrum/Kanban).

For which purposes do you use the product?

Managing projects contents.

What is your primary role when using this product?

To maintain project documentary and track the workers' prgress.

What is your relationship with this vendor?

Long-long-long time regular customer.

Using constantly for the past 10 years or so.
