Product discovery and an innovative way of spurring fresh solutions into the market is an uninterrupted endeavor that he is carrying.

There are many elements that come into the picture as a part of the challenges.

• The supply chain is one of them, where he has to associate with the individuals who would like to regularly sell their old clothes and assemble those and deliver those into the facility.

Once these Clothes are in the facility, Clothes are shredded, to extract fiber, turning them back into raw material. From thereon, the raw material is repurposed accordingly.

He needs to find a procedure to engage users to his website or business model to use recyclable clothes. Sell and buy to control operating costs.

• Another challenge is dealing with the sustainable business model. He is dealing with financial institutions and governments to incentivize responsible companies and go beyond carbon credits and tax breaks that will encourage responsible governance of the business.

This GRS helped to enhance product selling because it provided brands with a tool for more accurate labeling; encouraged innovation in the use of reclaimed materials; established more transparency in the supply chain, and provided better information to consumers. He has to constantly maintain the standard to build a credible business platform.
• Another challenge with data management. Monitoring reports on the collected, reused and recycled material should be created, with the data provided by these institutions together with the information obtained from the municipal points. With this documentation, reliable and objective data can be obtained from the work being carried out to reduce the environmental impact that textile waste causes and which will increase if there is no control over them. Need to always find an integrated solution to calculate those. As a Product team, all the team members need to work together to quickly come up with such a solution.
• Managing textile workers with the appropriate remuneration and with the appropriate working conditions is also a significant challenge. He has outsourced this work to the appropriate vendor, but he has to be watchful about the practices those vendors use. The brand credibility standard is influenced by these vendors. He has to deal with those stakeholders well to maintain this business.
