Amazon recently started suspending sellers for misuse of inserts. If you ordered anything on Amazon, chances are you received a product insert. Some are perfectly within amazon TOS, some are not. Here is a classic example of an insert violating every amazon rule imaginable.
And yes, this is an actual insert sent out by a well known seller.
Other sellers are trying to be more discreet and their inserts simply state that you are eligible for a free gift and once you scan the QR code you are taken to a redemption website that requires a screenshot of your review in order to get that free gift.

3 年Your example is actually against TOS too. You have an image of 5 stars. That is considered leading the reviewer on their “honest feedback”.
