Product Engineer

Job Location: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customers' engineering issues and facilitate the delivery of solutions.
• Match the data, standards, and requirements provided by the customer and convey them to the relevant internal departments and suppliers. Participate in all stages of product development and complete assigned tasks according to project timelines, such as BOM, PVP&R, PFMEA, GD&T, control plans, procurement technical requirements, IMDS submission, PPAP submission, etc.
• Coordinate and organize process design and development work, including proposing and communicating process, quality, tooling, and mold design requirements, and processing.
• Responsible for engineering change reviews, tracking, and implementation of changes.
• Lead the rectification of product issue points.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation, or related fields.
• Over two years of relevant work experience in automotive product development, with preference given to those with experience in automotive interior and exterior or stamping projects.
• Proficient in using CAD, UG, or CATIA.
• Strong communication skills, both within the company and with customers and suppliers.
• Good at using office software.
• Knowledge of electrophoretic coating processes.
• Good English proficiency.

主要职责：

资格要求：

• 本科及以上学历，最好是车辆工程、机械设计制造自动化或相关领域；
• 两年以上汽车产品开发的相关工作经验和优先考虑有汽车内外饰或冲压项目经验者；
• 熟练使用CAD、UG或CATIA软件；
• 具备较强的沟通能力，无论是在公司内部还是在与客户和供应商的交流中；
• 熟练使用办公软件；
• 了解电泳涂装工艺；
• 良好的英语能力。
