Product Development Analyst - FULL TIME DIRECT PERM POSITION - 100% remote

V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking?Product Development Analyst - Full Remote?client in?Middleton, Wisconsin.?This is a?full-time, direct hire?position.

Education and Experience ?

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Requires 3 to 6 years of previous related work experience
• Experience with manufacturing and/or engineering preferred.
• Five years’ experience in physical product development; kitchenware preferred
• Comfort with O365; experience with emerging MS Power tools, SaaS platforms, Business Information and Automate preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English (business-level English, basic-level Spanish)

• Able to think outside the box when working with suppliers; possess a sense of urgency; have empathy for salespeople; be hungry and wants to grow; extroverted; be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and understand priorities; desire to roll up sleeves and get involved
• Great attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• Business know-how; good understanding of the interplay between the balance sheet and bottom line

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer required product testing including but not limited to UX, product safety and FMEAs
• Lead and document cross-functional product development meetings using ARCI format
• Accountable for the production and archival of such product-related artifacts including but not limited to product designs, BOMs, MSDS, test results, FMEAs, product manuals, consumer package art, in-box collateral, quality standards
• Enter and track development-related documents in company′s Compliance System
• Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements.
• Reports compliance violations when identified.
• Directly responsible for the production and archival of development-related artifacts including but not limited to design briefs, product requirements, business cases/analysis; claims substantiation
• Responsible for product development from idea to launch of the product of assigned core kitchenware
