Project Success: Meals on Wheels Renovation Completed!? ? We're thrilled to announce the completion of another successful project! The Certificate of Occupancy has been secured, and Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County is all set to operate from their newly transformed space, now boasting a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. ? Our team expertly managed both interior and exterior renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to Meals on Wheels’ daily operations. Previously underutilized “dead space” was converted into valuable, functional square footage, enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and productivity. ? “The original layout featured multiple levels of flooring, which made the space inefficient and difficult to use. With the help of top-notch designs by Warrenstreet Architects, Inc., we leveled the floors, integrated new infrastructure, and maximized the square footage. This allowed us to create a reception area, conference room, three private offices, and ADA-compliant ramps for both the building and production area,” said Tom Sullivan Jr., Project Manager and VP of Development at Sullivan Construction. “We’re incredibly proud of the work we’ve done and honored to support such a fantastic organization.” ?
