ProChem Inc. Engages Internationally Recognized Ph.D.

ProChem is thrilled to engage in a partnership with our esteemed colleague Dr. Marek Boleslawski. In this capacity, Dr. Boleslawski will assist the company’s founder and CEO Reno Novak in expanding ProChem’s core proficiencies and growing our product portfolio to meet the rapidly increasing needs of diverse high-tech customers.

Dr. Boleslawski brings more than 4 decades of development and managerial experience that spans applied research, corporate strategic planning, and new product development.? His experience includes 13 years as a Principal Scientist at Sigma-Aldrich Corporation (now MilliporeSigma) where he established himself as a global authority on precursors for the semiconductor field. An accomplished speaker with over 100 technical papers published in several languages, Dr. Boleslawski will lead the effort to develop processes and training to transfer the technology needed in the scale up of production as well as ongoing process evaluation and improvements. His role at ProChem will provide a resource for his own entity, Thin Film Materials & Technology, LLC (TFMT), to conduct work on its own behalf with the intent of partnering with ProChem on commercial level production for materials developed by TFMT.

He will be working with ProChem on a part time basis, but whatever time Dr. Boleslawski has to offer is extremely valuable.”

Dr. Boleslawski received degrees in Chemical Technology and Chemical Engineering and his Ph.D. from Warsaw Technical University in Poland. He also completed his post-doctorate studies in the United States at SUNY in Binghamton, New York.
