Isn't processed food bad?
It's the throw of the type of question Elly and I will often get from people who don't understand balance...
Which is probably why they've often struggled with their own diet.
And here's the thing,
YES- trying to keep processed foods to a minimum is ideal or optimal for overall health physical health.
However trying to do that I develop an unhealthy relationship with food craving all sorts.
So mentally not the most health way.
Then we look at it from a weight loss perspective-
Going on a 'diet' Cutting our processed foods, yes could make losing the weight easier shorter term however it lets you down longer term when you realise-
You fucking hate living off rabbit
Food and that it was in fact more portion control and lack of activity that meant the weight went on.
So if you're closed minded to having processed foods in your foods totally cool, but don't preach that everyone should unless you live like that and are in amazing shape- then I'll pay attention.
