Coach: Do you want to win? (it's a trap question)

Team: Yes Coach!

Coach: Are you willing to make the necessary sacrifices to win?

Team: ........?

Coach: Are you willing to meet the coaches in the weight room at 5:30am?

Are you willing to work while your peers are swimming, gaming or sleeping?

Are you ready to grind?

Are you ready to win at practice daily?

Are you prepared to rep until you can run the playbook in your sleep?

Are you ready to get comfortable at being uncomfortable?

Be relentless in the pursuit of your desires. It doesn't make sense to want something if you are unwilling to do what it takes to get it. If you can't or won't sacrifice to achieve if, then let it go. Wanting a result but sidestepping the process is setting yourself up for disappointment.
