Process of the Month - The Bermuda Triangle of SAM

In our final installation on YouTube (for now) we have decided to put a short clip together that highlights the benefits of considering how your SAM processes should fit together; a too-often overlooked element of SAM.

Our particular use case of bad-practice stems from the relationship, or lack of, between the request process, the procurement process and the deployment process. Elements of IT which may well not fall under control of any SAM Team, but which can have a critical impact on the results the SAM Team is capable of producing.
