Process Mindset Series #2 | Once an architect - always an architect. Daily Outcomes.
Each morning, I look at my calendar. Like everyone else, I have appointments. This might seem like how my life is lived, but that is not how I run my day.
I run my day based on a plan I design myself. How do I create it? My daily outcomes are notes of what I aim to achieve both personally and professionally. This is a living document.
Spreadsheets are great, but when living your life, they can seem clinical, almost devoid of any room for creativity.
I encourage you to design your life.
When I start my day, I understand that almost nothing will go exactly as I first designed it.
I keep the plan on the wall, constantly designing and redesigning. Our brains hope we are done when we create it the first time, but life doesn’t work that way.
This plan can change by the hour or minute. This is part of the collaborative process.
The critique: life happens.
How do you adjust? Where are you headed?
Are you actively curating your life, or are you letting your calendar dictate it?
