The Process

The first day of rolling camera tests in CreateGreg upgraded home HQ is done. Time to look at the footage, apply some colours and move to another stage.

Frankly speaking, I thought I would be doing that over two weeks ago but I didn't. As much as I love to get things done for yesterday I've been pondering a lot recently what I would like to achieve and how to go about it. I can start creating on the spot but I asked myself - what do I want to shoot and talk about? What's my end goal and how to use creativity to get there.

Last weeks of lockdown allowed me to start asking myself better questions, slow down and think what's that dreamt outcomes. How the ideal would look like? I made a tangible plan and focus on executing it day by day.

My skills and work brought me to this level but to go to the next one I need to develop new expertise and adjust focus. The best thing to start with is a question

What would I like to achieve and then reverse engineering it?

Once the answers are found, a plan is made I asked myself another question

How to turn it into sustainable growth?

This one got me to think even more. How I can create systems and have things organised in my head and on paper to be consistent over a longer period.

I've got some ideas and I'm excited to get them implemented in one day. Of course, is not going to happen so time to enjoy the process like never before, tick off the boxes one by one and believing I'm moving into the right direction.

Great article Greg and looks like things are getting there for you. I was on a webinar yesterday that shared the 'business model canvas', and it's a really good device to use. Victoria Bradley shared it and I am certainly going to use it for the The Microbusiness Collective stuff!
