By filtering and removing impurities and gases, the purity and performance of aluminum materials can be improved, defects can be reduced, and the quality and production efficiency of products can be improved.
Preparation work:
Prepare various tools and check whether the pressure values of various gases are normal and whether the pipeline system is leaking. Check whether the graphite rotor is intact and whether the ceramic foam filter is placed correctly. Check whether the baffle is intact. If damaged, replace it in time, and place the baffle in the flow channel according to the production furnace. Preheat various tools, flow channels, and slag boxes to confirm that the slag box is placed correctly.

Online degassing operations:
Control the tilting of the insulation furnace to make the aluminum liquid in the flow channel flow smoothly into the dehydrogenation furnace, and at the same time open the asbestos wool at the aluminum outlet of the degassing box. Adjust the nitrogen or argon pressure to 0.6Mpa, and the flow rate of each rotor is 4m3/h. Open the chlorine control valve, adjust the pressure to 0.3 Mpa, and the flow rate to 0.04 m3/h, so that the chlorine gas can enter the main air flow smoothly. After the aluminum liquid is cast, use asbestos wool to block the aluminum outlet of the degassing box, open the middle baffle, and clean the flow trough at the same time.
Online filtration device operation:
When the aluminum liquid reaches the preset alumina ceramic foam filter filling height, the probe on the baffle sends a signal to make the baffle rise, so that the aluminum liquid can flow steadily into the ceramic filter plate. Confirm that the aluminum liquid temperature and the heater are working properly, start the hydraulic cylinder, tilt the box, and pour the aluminum liquid into the slag box. Clean the aluminum slag in the box, start the hydraulic cylinder, reset the box, cover the furnace cover, and inflate the inflatable seal on the box.
