Until an organization embeds the TQM in its day to day functions it cannot avoid the cost of poor quality.
Inspecting the activities during and after the process is an approach old fashioned and cost a lot to organizations. Organizations are struggling a lot to optimize the profit on the projects, secured at low prices in the current saturated and highly competitive market. They cannot achieve the desired results until they realize the importance of embedding concept of total quality management (Six-sigma) in all the organizational processes.
