In order to obtain the cold-bending special-shaped steel pipe for smart streetlight that meets the functional requirements, the overall roll is adopted. By changing the curvature radius of different parts, the forming of double groove special-shaped steel pipe is realized after 28 passes. In the forming process, the vertical roll is inserted to assist the deformation. Finally, the products that meet the requirements are produced by welding. Using the overall roll forming method, the special-shaped steel pipe meeting the requirements can be produced with fewer passes, which is suitable for mass production. One set of rolls can cover all specifications of structural steel products, with high roll sharing rate. The forming roller has low consumption and high stability, and can be applied to the production of many special section tubes.
