Technology is changing how we interact in healthcare. Digital tools and services are increasing in number every day. While convenient, patients worry about losing the friendly, caring "human touch" that makes them feel comfortable and understood.

Too many impersonal digital interactions risk treating patients simply as?data, not as unique individuals. This lack of human connection can cause disengagement and difficulty understanding important information.?

We need to find balance by making human interactions the priority and using technology as a support, not a replacement.?

How do we retain the human touch in digital services to support patient empowerment?
