As it is know in the 21st century the trend is every people or one big part to work at home (home office). The main problem in this work is that workerst sit for a long time. Before logn they are in bad posture causing the following diseases.

1.Scoliosis

Symptoms at adults with scoliosis may experience the same symptoms as children with the disorder. In particular, a rib prominence (a humpback) may be apparent in adult scoliosis. You may notice your shirts don't fit quite right or that one of your pant legs is longer than the other.

Common symptoms of scoliosis are neuralgia

Compresion of a nerve in a certain area cousing thingling, weakness and a number of other dysfuncions.

Scoliosis can be in every part of humman body. Cervical, Thoracal,Lumbal, Sacral.

BAD POSTURAL

The prevention of scoliosis or prevention of its development are exercise to correct posture and build strong back muscles. It is very important that these exercises are part of the daily routine before and after work.
