Machine Learning on Loan Repayment

We pretty much have the same standard credit models since the 1970s. Too many bad loans are being made, and too many good borrowers are being turned down. Technology has come long way but credit score calculation are still based on formulas which were once done on paper, a superior algorithm which runs all portfolio data through the system, Analyzes searches for patterns on who defaulted on their loan, once these patterns are established the computer tries to predict the loan outcomes. System keeps doing this over and over again on larger dataset until we get better accuracy. Once the system is perfectly optimized system will able to tell how likely a person can pay back the loan. This prediction takes 3-5 seconds. Therefore, after the accurate system we can offer more loans and lower interest rate.

Signature Fraud Detection

Most forms are now digital, and signatures inside them are digitally verified using Kyc (Know Your Customer) verification numbers and other methods given by the government. As a result, finding a trustworthy person (underwriter, notary) to authenticate the signatures on the remaining physical paper documents is becoming increasingly difficult. It's a tedius job, too.

Solution is to determine the difference score between two picture vectors (genuine, artificially entered fraud), therefore I trained the signatures dataset on a well-researched Siamese Neural Network. As a result, any new candidate signature is classified as authentic or counterfeit with a difference score.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)

• Trained the YOLO (You Only Look Once) Object Detection Algorithm on many different examples (annotated training set) and iteratively algorithm learned?how?the different license plates actually look like.
• Therefore, Automatic License Plate detection & further recognition using Tesseract OCR.

Waste Segregation

Waste management is an important concern in India. There is no automated waste segregation strategy in the day-to-day households as well as Industry employs semi-automated machines for segregation. Hand-operated segregation of waste is deleterious to labor's health.

The solution proposed for the separation was the image is fed into Convolution Neural Network for prediction and classification into multi-class categories such as biodegradable and non-biodegradable.

The number of patients in India is considerably large in comparison to the number of nurses. Drips are not replenished on time, and calculations for refilling time frequently fail to owe to various circumstances. Automatically notifying nurses for refilling at an endpoint or auto replenishing drips will be made easier with liquid amount monitoring.
