Problems with Leadership

Problems with Leadership

I'd like to share three leadership development opportunities clients are seeing today, and what we are co-creating to support their needs...

The first problem is the challenge of achieving a solid return on investment (ROI) with leadership development. HR professionals and leaders often seek solutions to enhance their high-potential employees' performance without consuming excessive time and resources. That's why I love to use practical applications.

  • Clients share this work can be?time-efficient while?blending?real-world experience with proven frameworks.

The second issue is identifying whether a person is ready for a promotion. Sometimes leaders hesitate to promote individuals due to concerns about their readiness.

  • Clients are taking?proactive steps,?before the promotion, to determine if someone is prepared for a higher-level role.?

The third challenge, a?peer is promoted to a leadership position. This transition can be uncomfortable for the individual and their peers.

  • Clients are doing the work to?shift a change in mindset to?facilitate a smoother transition.

Our clients have the courage, humility and discipline to implement these small changes to create sustainable, measured results. And they are not alone during this process. Along the way, I share insights from my personal?experience in working with leaders and CEOs to enhance leadership skills, manage transitions, and promote effective team collaboration.

Does any of this hit home with you? Want to talk more about solutions? Feel free to respond to this email or book a call.
