Welcome to the ROT Newsletter by IAS

Learn how to get a higher return on your trust!

Thank you for reading this newsletter; each month, you will be exposed to opportunities and education that will increase your ability to get the "Return On Trust" you invest in your business and employees.

At IAS, we believe that by increasing trust, we will achieve our mission of reducing the number of small businesses that fail by 1%. Please join us on that mission by building trust.?

We hope you enjoy it, and please share this newsletter with those who might benefit.

Is your business problem-reacting or problem-solving?

  • A problem-reacting organization is surprised, caught off guard, frustrated, and angry when problems occur. They work quickly to fix the immediate problems, spend time blaming others, and not taking ownership of the situation. They tend to be plagued by the same/similar problems occurring over and over again.?
  • A problem-solving business is patient, calm, controlled, and understanding when a problem occurs. They work quickly, systemically, and efficiently to discover the root cause of the problem. They're fearless in hitting pause and fixing the problem at its source. They focus heavily on the solution and less on who caused it. They work collectively to create long-term solutions that keep the problem from occurring again.?

If your business feels more like the problem-reacting, we encourage you to bring your team to our Problem Solvers Master Class on March 1st.?

We will teach a simple 5 part framework you can implement in your business that will reduce the stress, costs, and time it takes to solve your business challenges.?

Having trust in and with your company and team members is such a powerful enabler for success and for peace of mind! Developing a "problem-solving" culture accelerates the organization's momentum and allows it to break through obstacles with much greater ease and less collateral damage.
