PROBLEM...ACTION...RESULT
A helpful way I explain my business value to others is to show how I solved a problem for a client. Today this scenario happened...
Problem: Cliff called me about his investment property. Even though he had just recently bought it he is tired of the hassles of being a landlord. But he doesn't know if this is a good time to sell it.
Action: This is where I took action to help him. I provided him with infomation on the market. The first couple months of the year there is low inventory so I explained now he would likely have less competition than in the Spring and it would be easier to sell now.
Result: Cliff's property is going on the market and I feel confident I can sell it for what he is wants to get out of it. The result will be Cliff having more time to do the things he likes to do and less time focusing on termites and toilet repairs!
