Don't you just love listening to Simon Sinek. His articles, TedTalks, and videos help us to take time out from our day, refresh and inspire us. For some though, they are stumbling with "Why". It is a source of stress, and is burdening or distracting them from what they have been doing so well for years.
The question for some is just too big. Simon Sinek talks of "Whether you are an entrepreneur, an employee, a leader of a team, or are looking to find clarity on your next move, your WHY is the one constant that will guide you toward fulfillment in your work and life."
For some of us, finding what brings us joy is an easier question. For many they can rattle it off without second thought, for those who have been on the mouse-wheel for years they need a little time to think, but generally it becomes a simple response.
