Problem Solving - Edition 2

I should say, Thank you for much for the support provided to me in my last issue which I published. It really helps me and motivate me to continue the work.

In this Edition, I will explore it further what we have discussed.

Life is all about how we solve the problems. But most of the problems gets shifted from one to another people or functions, instead of solving sometimes we create it by knowingly or unknowingly, The Following steps to overcome.

1. Understand the Gap between the actual (today's performance) Vs Where we want to go(Future Performance)
2. Breakdown the performance indicators / goals in to smaller milestones.
3. Map the relevant stakeholders.
4. Understand their dynamics in the business context and their positions.
5. Choose the relevant team members who can support the process
6. Create a clear Governance review with the relevant stakeholders
7. Weekly chat on this topic with the stakeholders and make them clear on the goals and the milestones to accomplish
8. Choose appropriate tools and techniques based on the problems taken.
9. Get everyone on the board and keep motivating them to accomplish
10. Give them the Confidence / Clear their roadblocks for success.

In the above context, Choosing the right person in the team, needs lot of intervention, individually, as well as their supervisor support. These are underpinned behind the success of the project. If right people were there on the board, it will lead to success, only our job to steer it properly without any distractions. I do personally follow this and saw wonders !!. I hope you enjoyed it.
