The following problems should be paid attention to refractory and wear -resistant materials:

(3) The slurry seam between all wear -resistant and refractory bricks should be <2mm.

(4) The mortar between each piece of wear -resistant and refractory tiles should be filled, and there should be no gaps. Otherwise, the flue gas will enter the gap during the boiler, which exacerbates the corruption or peeling in the resistance and refractory lining.

(5) Do not cut in principle when the masonry is wear -resistant and refractory brick. If you need to cut it, each brick must not be <1/2. When you cannot meet, you can use two pieces of cutting at the same time.

(6) All the bricks near the bottom of the push wound have their own hooks. On all the support brackets, the next layer of bricks should be long bricks and the expansion seams to form a overall stable furnace wall body.

(7) The mortar gap between all bricks should be applied to refractory mortar. All bricks should be built along the seam. If the brick angle or end surface is broken, the brick is replaced when the crack is cracking.

(8) Use the adhesive hammer or wooden hammer to tap the brick to make the brick tightly. Do not use the hammer.

(9) During the construction of wear -resistant and refractory castable materials, the amount of water increase should be strictly controlled. Generally, the amount of water adding is 68%. The stirring must be uniform. It is strictly forbidden to use over -standard water and water with suspension.

(10) The appliances used in the construction process must be cleaned without pollution, especially to avoid chemical pollution.

(11) The pouring materials are formed by applying a vibration engine during construction, and the vibration is uniform, and the vibration rod is slowly pulled out during vibration to avoid causing the pouring materials.

(12) Injecting the density of the refractory castable materials after the mold is described, and you can use a hammer to tap lightly. If a crisp echo is emitted, it indicates that the pouring body is dense. At the same time, honeycomb or hemp can not appear. If the area of the honeycomb and the hemp surface is large, the construction should be partially cut off.

(13) After the mold, the abrasion -resistant refractory castable lining is 57 days after the linage linings are kept at room temperature.
