Many people go around like time bombs.
They have so much pain inside, for what they have experienced in life, that can come up in two ways: destruction or self-destruction.
They can kill others or kill themselves.
Pain is the result of what they have endured and was never healed.
They pushed and stuffed it down, maybe with the societal saying that "you must move on".
IF THINGS ARE NOT HEALED, SOONER OR LATER, THE PAIN WILL HIT THEM BACK IN THE FACE.
Pain can come up in 2 ways: anger/rage or depression/suicide.
It is like having a time bomb inside and oftentimes the slightest provocation can make it explode.
We see so many people who are taking their own lives. THE PAIN THEY HAD INSIDE WAS UNBEARABLE AND NOBODY MANAGED TO HELP THEM GET IT OUT.
When the pain becomes anger, it can either turn against themselves or against others and commit terrible crimes.
WE NEED TO HEAL AND TO HELP PEOPLE HEAL.
Do you have things inside that you have not healed?
What are you doing to heal it?
IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK WITH ALCOHOL, OR MEDICATIONS.
You need to find a way to heal it.
Now, we have already said in a previous article that alternative therapies do not work, or are even very dangerous.
Psychology does indeed help, but it is not enough.
You need to release the pain, but it is not by trying to figure it out, that you will heal it.
There are so many aspects in our psyche, heart, mind, emotions, memories, beliefs, that are ill, that it is often very difficult, if not impossible, to find how to heal them.
ONLY JESUS KNOWS WHAT YOU NEED TO HEAL AND HOW YOU NEED TO HEAL IT.
But you need to be willing to ask Jesus for help.
Today I asked a Monsignor Catholic Priest whether you need to be Catholic in order for Jesus to heal you. And he said no, but you need to be willing to ask for help and you need to be a well meaning and good person, ready to face your sins and repent.
