Is there a problem with the Article system?
I am now testing the publishing platform to see why I am getting complaints about it now working correctly.
So far, so good. I am gong to write a longer paragraph to see if this makes a difference. Some folks have complained that the auto-wrap for typing isn't working. So far, I am not having any problems at all. Others have mentioned that the type and size change for no reason. So far, all is good.
I am now going to insert an image to see what happens ... well, it took a while, but it loaded fine. I guess I'll try a video now ...
AH ... I have found an interesting glitch. You cannot use the "enter" key on the numeric keypad - you must use the "enter" key on the main keyboard in order for the system to accept the link to the video. Otherwise it just sits there.
Also, after you insert a video, you cannot add any more text ... at least, not obviously. I had to click on the 'insert element' box to the left of the video. This brought up the insert menu below it. I chose "image", then cancelled it and was able to type these last two paragraphs.
THIS IS WHAT 'HEADING 1' LOOKS LIKE.
And again without the caps-lock key on.
AND NOW 'HEADING 2' ...
Again, without caps-lock.
I am sure that many people are not going to like the streamlined version of the publisher, but it makes for a lot less potential problems overall.

7 年Hello Patrick, I'm still having issues with that article you tried to help me with the other week. Can't find an appropriate fix for the mystery bullet points. Any ideas? Should I just log a support ticket again?

8 年IMHO ... over the last 5-7 years LinkedIn became too "social" - business needs are usually more basic, especially when it comes to communication.
