Proble Solving - Cycle

In today's Context Problem's were explained in different manner with many definitions. In this article I am fairly bring a new way of thinking in solving problems and understanding them. It is not a innovation or creative way. It is a simple way and deeper understanding of the same. I will continue to write the work and publish in this platform to help people across and also get a mutual learning from others.

Problem's can be viewed differently based on individual's understanding. If the understanding it not correct in the team and the most influential person take the seat and push all others in that direction which may probably end up into success sometimes by chance or might be failure. This comes the way of using some steps for problem solving proven methodology which most you might be knowing with 8D Problem solving, 7-Step approach, TQM way etc., and many more.

Most of them get confused, what to use, when to use these methodologies & the related tools. Sometimes it has been used for the sake of using after the problems are practically solved and showcased to someone senior than you or other unknown people to get their interest. One way it is good and the other way it may have a negative impact as well.

I hope most of you have experienced this kind of scenario.
