James is a brilliant agent if the whole process of buying, selling or both seems really daunting.? He helped me through the process from start to finish.? To prepare my house for sale, he advised me where to spend money and where to save it.?

He put me in touch with trusted tradespeople and a home stager to bring in a few items of furniture to maximize the appeal of the house.? He kept me fully informed during the marketing and selling process and I was extremely happy with the price he was able to achieve for me.

He then helped me find a house to buy.? He acted as a buying consultant.? Once I explained what I was looking for and my budget, he suggested houses as they were listed. He viewed them with me.? Just the two of us.? This is so much more useful than going to open homes and dealing with the various selling agents.? Because he knew what I was looking for, he could point out the positives of each property.? But just as importantly if he spotted problems he would tell me, rather than gloss over them.? Having James alongside me through the buying process was incredibly helpful.

Once I’d found the house I wanted….really wanted… he used all his experience to tell me the price he felt was 99% certain to be the winning offer in a multiple offer situation.? I was comfortable with the figure he suggested, and having built up trust in him I went with his recommended figure and got the house.? This avoided the disappointed that many buyers go through of making losing offers on 4 or 5 properties before finally being the highest offer.

I am so glad I chose James to work with.? Compared to other agents I interviewed I felt like James formed a real partnership with me from the start.? We worked closely together throughout the whole selling and buying process which lasted four months in total. He has heaps of experience and as a person he genuinely cares for his clients.? Nothing is too much trouble for him.
