Proactive vs Reactive

A few business owners that I coached had different reactions towards the handling of their business in this period of time. Based on my observation, these business owners are categorized into 2 categories:
1. The Reactive - Wait and see how the condition will be after the CMO is lifted, then only decide on what to do next. This group of people will only react after the situation had become a fact, then only they think of the solution of what to do by then. And, usually the feeling of helplessness and fear build up, because they do not know what they can do at the moment.
2. The Proactive - Instead of focusing of what they have always been doing, for example making profits and money from clients, now they reflect and re-strategize their business direction. They focus on building relationships with past clients, regardless of the possibility of business at the current moment. This group of people has no time to entertain their fears (even though they experience it). Instead, their focus is to find any other alternative solutions that they can change now.
