What passes for a decent PR internship these days?

We all remember our first tentative steps into the world of work, and for some, those were done under a (historically speaking) unpaid internship.

Getting a foot in the door is half the battle and in the competitive PR sector which – according to Stephen Waddington’s latest PR Jobs column – is on a recruitment upswing, an internship with the right agency can be invaluable.

PR Stunt Watch: A CPR bra, tackling London’s phone theft problem and the return of the McRib

Lee Sanders was on Stunt Watch duty this week, and shined a spotlight onto a really important campaign from St John Ambulance and Fight or Flight to raise awareness of CPR on women.

Next up was the unsnatchable iPhone from JOAN Creative made with Anti-Snatch Spike Technology, although the practicalities of putting it in your pocket become somewhat limited.

Google has the search community worried with new recipe feature.

Google testing a new button on a few recipes isn’t that noteworthy, right? We’re not so sure.

Put simply, this new feature serves you a recipe straight from the results pages. It extracts the full recipe and lays it out for you – with no need to visit the website.
