Priyadharshini Rajmohan

Priyadharshini Rajmohan -I am PRIYADHARSHINI RAJMOHAN, hailing from Naganallur, Tiruchirappalli district. My educational journey has been one of exploration and growth, beginning with a BA in Political Science from Government Arts College, Coimbatore, in 2022. Eager to delve deeper into the realm of entrepreneurship, I pursued a PG Diploma in Women's Entrepreneurship at Bharathiyar University, and currently, I am pursuing my MS in Analytics at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, USA.

Amidst my academic pursuits, one organization holds a special place in my heart, which is TQI. Despite my involvement in other NGOs, TQI stands out for its unique blend of community, empowerment, and impact.

My journey with TQI began as I ventured into tutoring work alongside my college studies. Balancing college lectures in the morning with tutoring sessions in the evening became my routine, fueling my passion for education and mentorship.

?At TQI, I found various avenues to contribute and make a difference. From mentoring 9th-grade students through the TQI School Phone Mentoring program to attending 30-day classes in the College Phone Mentoring initiative, each experience enriched my understanding of education and mentorship and gave me a lot of "ANNA's and AKKA's."

?One of the highlights of my journey with TQI was the collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Cosmopolitan for the KARPIPOM project. Working hand in hand with like-minded individuals to empower communities brought immense fulfilment and joy.

?The TQI Scholarship Program provided another opportunity for me to give back to the community. We took charge of preparing materials and conducting sessions for students appearing for the NMMS examination, guiding them towards a brighter future.

?Additionally, along with my team, we prepared materials for the Career Guidance Program and conducted this program successfully, which offered insights and support to students completing their 12th standard, paving the way for their future endeavors.

?A particularly memorable experience was conducting career guidance sessions for students in Villupuram alongside Madhan Anna. Witnessing the impact of our efforts firsthand reinforced my commitment to the cause.

?Reflecting on my journey with TQI, I am grateful for the opportunities to nurture young minds and inspire futures. Each experience has been a stepping stone towards personal and professional growth, reinforcing my belief in the power of education and mentorship.

?One thing I've come to realize is that once a TQIan, always a TQIan. The sense of belonging and camaraderie within the TQI community is unparalleled, and it's a bond that continues to shape my perspective and drive my actions.

?As I continue my academic pursuits, I carry with me the invaluable lessons and memories from my time with TQI. I look forward to continuing my journey of empowerment and impact, making a difference wherever I go.
